Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. By using Snapora Media's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided

Snapora Media provides professional photo content services including:

Professional photo retouching and skin retouching
Color correction and image stylization
Old photo restoration
Background removal and replacement
Photo preparation for social media and marketplaces

Orders & Delivery

All orders are confirmed via email. Turnaround times are specified at the time of order and may vary based on project complexity and volume. Rush delivery options are available upon request.

Revisions

Each order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

You must own or have rights to all images submitted for editing
You are responsible for providing clear project briefs and reference materials
Final approval of delivered work is your responsibility

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the edited images. Snapora Media retains the right to use anonymized before/after examples for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Snapora Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026. At Snapora Media, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will do our best to make it right.

Revision First

Before requesting a refund, we ask that you allow us to address your concerns through our revision process. Each order includes up to 2 free revision rounds. Please submit detailed feedback so we can deliver exactly what you need.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed project brief
We are unable to complete your order due to technical limitations
You cancel your order before work has commenced

Non-Refundable Situations

Orders where revisions have been completed and final files delivered
Cancellations after work has begun (partial refund may apply)
Dissatisfaction due to subjective style preferences not communicated in the original brief
Rush order fees once work has started

Processing Time
